Q: How does the pricing work? A: Depending on the date and time of the event, as well as the length of your rental, our rates are between $100 and $150 per hour. Q: Is alcohol already provided by Capitol City Crawlers? A: According to state law, we are not allowed to serve or provide alcohol. However, the party bus is equipped with a fully iced bar and you are allowed to bring alcoholic beverages aboard. We are allowed, however, to bring you to liquor or convienience stores, where you may purchase alcohol to bring aboard the Crawler. In other words, it’s BYOB and if you run out, we’ll be glad to make a stop.

Q: How many people can ride on the bus at one time? A: There is very comfortable seating for nineteen, though each Crawler can fit between twenty-two to twenty-five guests in the seats and, including standing room, up to twenty-eight. We recommend keeping parties to between twenty-two to twenty-three guests.

Q: What amenities are on the bus? A: The Bus is fully equipped with premium sound, premium lighting, a 42-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, XBox 360, karaoke machine and bar. Ice and AC are on the house. In short, your Capitol City Crawler is made to entertain!

Q: How much should we tip the driver? A: The tip is up to you. Our drivers are great at not only getting you from point A to B but also at setting a comfortable atmosphere for an enjoyable party. The average tip is usually around 15% but what you tip is up to you.

Q: Can we bring our own music? A: Absolutely! We have hook ups for your iPod and phone, as well as CD and DVD players. And of course, we have a 15,000-song karaoke library already onboard.

Q: What if someone throws up on the bus? A: There are trash cans on the bus. Should a guest not make it to a trash can, there is an automatic $200 fee, plus a penalty for any permanent damage. Your credit card will be charged in both cases.

Other important information

Alcohol Policy. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure there is no drinking under the age of twenty-one or illegal substance use on the bus. Any such activity may result in trip cancellation without refund and/or legal action.

Deposit. A deposit is required for party bus rental.

Times. You will be charged from the time your picked up until the time your dropped off. In the event your trip runs longer than expected, we will work out an addage charge for time added on a per diem basis.

Cancellations. All cancellations will result in a loss of deposit.

Additional terms. Clients renting the bus are responsible for the behavior of their guests. Capitol City Crawler is not responsible for injuries sustained on the bus, nor for items damaged on or stolen from the bus. Guests acting out of control will be removed from the bus. Capitol City Crawler is not responsible for delays due to weather or heavy traffic. The terms above are intended to ensure that your experience with Capitol City Crawler is a pleasant one.
